HOW TO ORDER YOUR BAG?

Here’s how it works:
Select your color and main zipper placemen: Choose where you'd like the zipper to be on your bag for easy access and personal style.

If you'd like to add a personal touch to your bag, I can add a name or text inside the pocket, your logo on the bag, or any other application. Please feel free to contact me—I’d be happy to assist!

Add to basket: Once you've made your selections, click "Add to basket."
Choose your payment method: Select the payment option that works best for you.
Proceed to checkout: Complete your order by heading to checkout.

SHIPPING TIME:
Each bag is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. Our production time is approximately 2-3 weeks, as we carefully craft your bag to ensure the highest quality. Shipping is handled by DHL Germany, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We hope wearing your bag brings you as much joy as designing it brought us!

Please note: The "ship by" date on your invoice is not the same as the actual "delivery" date.

Ship By Date: The date when your package leaves our studio.
Delivery Date: The date when your package arrives at your location.

REFUND POLICY:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 30 days. Please understand that customized bags are excluded from return options. However, it is possible to cancel a customized bag order within 48 hours.
