SHIPPING TIME:
Each bag is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. Our production time is approximately 3-4 weeks, as we carefully craft your bag to ensure the highest quality. Shipping is handled by DHL Germany, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We hope wearing your bag brings you as much joy as designing it brought us!

Please note: The "ship by" date on your invoice is not the same as the actual "delivery" date.

Ship By Date: The date when your package leaves our studio.
Delivery Date: The date when your package arrives at your location.

REFUND POLICY:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 30 days. Please understand that customized bags are excluded from return options. However, it is possible to cancel a customized bag order within 48 hours.

Our Handmade Leather Backpack with Knot Closure is crafted in our family atelier in Prague, using premium Italian soft grain leather. Our Backpacks are designed with convenience in mind, featuring a cleverly placed zipper on one of the lateral sides for easy access to your belongings without removing the bag from your shoulder. This practical design allows you to quickly reach your essentials with ease.
