How to Get Yours
1. Choose your preferred product and contact us for any personalization (if you wish).
2. Click on ''Add to Cart'' for multiple products or ''Buy it Now'' for single product purchase.
3. Select your payment method (American Express, PayPal, or Visa).
4. Proceed to checkout and make your purchase.
Our Sewing Process
Each product is individually sewn by our seamstresses who have more than 25 years of experience in working with leather. All our products are sewn very thoroughly with love and great attention to detail.
Our products are made to order, taking approximately 2-3 weeks for production. Once shipped via DHL Germany, you'll receive a tracking number.
Please distinguish 'Ship By' (departure) from 'Delivery' (arrival) dates on your invoice.
- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives you.
General Orders (Pre-defined designs):
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 3 days of placement by contacting our customer support team.
Returns: If unsatisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Custom Orders (Customized Designs):
Cancellations: Customized orders can be canceled within 3 days of placement. Beyond this period, cancellations are not possible.
Returns: We do not accept returns for customized designs as they are tailored exclusively to your specifications.
